Mount Pleasant Waterwork is wrapping up its Inventory & Materials Management Improvement Initiative. The initiative includes a dozen subtasks that range from tasks such as improved workflows, creating a new inventory checkout portal, onboarding a new associate project manager and maintenance coordinator to focus on capitalized projects in the O&M division, new integrations between the financial system and work order system, and new policies and practices related to tracking and returning inventory to the warehouse. JD Solomon Inc served as program manager and part of the subject matter expert team for this effort.
Outreach
JD Solomon will be a keynote speaker for the Lumivero Virtual Conference 2023 on September 27 and 28, 2023. Lumivero acquired software company Palisade in October 2023. This added the Monte Carlo simulation software @Risk and Palisade’s DecisionTools Suite to Lumivero’s portfolio. JD has presented on the different modules in the DecisionTools Suite for more than a decade and was the keynote conference speaker in 2019. Look for more information in the coming months.
