The 31st Annual SMRP Conference joins maintenance, reliability, and physical asset management professionals from around the world on October 16-19, 2023, in Orlando, Florida.
JD Solomon will be speaking again this year on several topics at the conference. On Tuesday, October 17, JD will discuss “How to Effectively Communicate Asset Management to Frontline Staff.” The session fills several gaps in the industry guidance documents that stress the importance of effective communication but gives few specifics. The session will provide examples of successes and failures in implementing asset management. Tips and approaches for effective communication will be provided to attendees.
JD will also lead pre-conference and post-conference workshops. On Monday, the workshop will be ‘How to Effectively Communicate Business Cases to Senior Management.” On Thursday, participants will learn “How To Be A Better Facilitator of RCA, FMEA, & Other Reliability Methods.”
