MPW Board Chair Rick Crosby, former OWASA General Manager Ed Kerwin, NASA's Tim Adams, and JD Solomon will host a half-day workshop on better communications at UMC 2022. The burden of effective communication is usually on the sender, but staff is often poorly trained in many technical disciplines. The workshop provides guidance to executives on approaches to getting their staff to understand senior decision making and improve staff communications in the presence of complexity and uncertainty.
